Triplex Real-Time PCR Kit for the detection and differentiation of Bovine Herpes Virus Type 1 (BHV-1) all strains and Bovine Herpes Virus Type 1 (BHV-1) gE in alveolar bronchial washings, trans-tracheal aspiration liquids, deep nasopharyngeal swabs, organs (lungs), bull sheath washes and semen of bovine. It allows the differentiation between infected and vaccinated animals. Samples can be pooled up to 3.
