The 3M Petrifilm™ Aqua Heterotrophic Count Plates is a sample-ready culture media system which contains Standard Method Nutrients, a cold-water-soluble gelling agent, and a tetrazolium indicator that facilitates colony enumeration in the bottled water industry.
Count all red colonies on 3M Petrifilm Aqua AQHC Plates regardless of size or color intensity.
