Real-Time PCR Kit for the detection of all strains belonging to the Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex (Mycobacterium bovis, M. tuberculosis, M. microti, M. caprae,…) in organs with lesions, tracheobronchial, retro-pharnygeal, mediastinal and mesenteric lymph nodes of bovine, ovine and caprine as well as wild animals. Samples can be pooled according to local regulations.
