Real-Time PCR Kit for the detection of Mycobacterium bovis in organs with lesions, tracheobronchial, retro-pharnygeal, mediastinal and mesenteric lymph nodes of bovine, ovine and caprine as well as wild animals. Samples can be pooled according to local regulations.
