Reveal® 3-D Food Buffer
Neogen’s new Reveal 3-D Food Buffer expands the capabilities of select Reveal 3-D products to include testing of food products and ingredients. This qualitative method utilizes this buffer, a representative sampling protocol, and a simple procedure to detect low levels of allergen residues in foods. This method can be applied across a wide variety of product types and gives rapid results, facilitating decision making and enhancing manufacturing efficiencies.
The Reveal 3-D for Food Buffer is for use with the following Neogen® Reveal 3-D products (Almond, Coconut, Egg, Hazelnut, Peanut, and Soy). Please consult respective product kit insert for procedure details.
