PERFECTO Duo Selective Supplement

PERFECTO Duo® is an alternative method for enumeration of sulfite-reducing Clostridium spp., indicators of fecal contamination, and Clostridium perfringens in food, feed products and samples from the production environment.

It enables Clostridium perfringens, which causes food poisoning, to be differentiated from other Clostridium spp., after only 18 hours of incubation at 37°C in anaerobic conditions.

This method is an alternative to standards NF EN ISO 15213-1 and NF EN ISO 15213-2.
