Multiplex Real-Time PCR Kit for the detection of pathogens responsible for mastitis in bovine. The kit enables the simultaneous detection of 16 pathogens including Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus dysgalactiae, Streptococcus uberis, Mycoplasma bovis, Mycoplasma species, ß-lactamase gene (blaZ gene), coagulase negative Staphylococcus, Prototheca, E. coli, Klebsiella, Enterococcus and Lactococcus lactis, Pseudomonas, Streptococci, Enterobacteriacea/Enterococcos as well as Bacillus/Clostridia. Different combination options of 2, 4, 8, 12 and 16 pathogens are possible.
