The DNAllergen Mustard real-time PCR kit provides all reagents for the reliable detection of mustard DNA sequences in food products by molecular biological methods.
The qualitative detection of DNA targets is performed to get a yes or no answer to the question whether a certain DNA fragment is detected or not relative to appropriate controls and within the detection limits of the analytical method used and the test portion analysed.
The DNAllergen RT-PCR product line is based on indications of EN 15842 and EN 15634 with premium quality molecular biology reagents to provide the customer a “turn-key“ solution for the detection of a wide selection of allergens using Real-Time PCR.
Each kit contains reagents sufficient for 50 duplex reactions.
