Determination of pH in wine

CDR WineLab® allows to determine the pH in wine and must thanks to a colorimetric reaction, whose results are correlated to the OIV results, based on an electrochemical reaction.

This parameter influences the vinification and conservation of wine. The range of pH value is approximately 3.00 – 4.00, even if there is no legal limit.

The CDR WineLab® method does not require any electrode, neither any maintenance or calibration.
