The Corona® extreme from ZEISS is the NIR spectrometer designed to perform where others fail. Built for the most demanding industrial environments, it delivers precise, repeatable, real-time measurements under conditions ranging from −15 °C to +50 °C, withstanding shocks up to 50 G, vibration, dust, and high humidity.

Operating in the 950–1650 nm range, Corona® extreme enables simultaneous measurement of fat, protein, moisture, dry mass and more – directly inside closed processes such as pipelines, mixers, tanks, and trough chain conveyors. Unlike fragile sensors, it has a stainless steel IP66 housing, proven ZEISS optics, and a long-life halogen source (20,000 h) for maximum uptime.
